The Readiness to ASEAN Economic Community of Accounting Students from Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Tak.

The objective of this research is to study how readiness the accounting students, of Business Administration and Liberal Arts Faculty of Rajamanagnla University Collected by questioners, Samplings were 133 RMUTL TAK accounting students. The data analysis was done by statistic analysis such as percentage, mean, S.D. and one-way ANOVA, they were decide the level of statistic significance at 0.05 The results were found that the majority of sampling was female whose ages were between 19-20 years old 50% of majority had GPA. From 2.51 to 3.00 34.50% of them expected to get a job after graduation as soon as possible. 82.71% of them hoped to work in accounting area. Whereas 64.66% of them planned to move back and work in their hometown 51.13%. Some of them who planed to work in Bangkok or suburb of Bangkok were 34.59% And minority who wanted to work oversea were 14.25% The RMUTL TAK accounting students had prepared themselves towards Asean Economics Community launching in moderate level. Five aspects of student’s preparations which were considered consisted of career ( = 2.74 S.D.=0.67) culture ( = 3.11 S.D.=0.64)) leadership and personality ( = 3.40,S.D.=0.93) Information-laws-agreement ( =2.95, S.D.=0.71) and language ( = 2.39, S.D.=1.00). The statistic analysis was found that students’ backgrounds; GPA, destination and job location after graduation were not significantly related to such five aspects, Except the statistic of work location and languages, they were statistical significantly different at 0.05 It should be suggested that the RMUTL TAK accounting students should have instructed about such as AEC, English or other languages, and career through trainings or creative activities in order that they would be ready before jumping into Asean job market
