Fabrication Gasifier Stoves Coupled with Biomass Stoves for Used in The Household

The purpose of this project is design and construction as gasifier stoves coupled with biomass stoves for used in the household. Which can produce producer gas together with bio-char for used in the household. The design of gasified stoves coupled with biomass stoves have two layer of cylinder. The center of the stoves is an inner zone gasification (combustion zone) and cover with a pyrolysis zone (bio-char production). The stoves testing with thermal efficiency between using gasification zone and gasification together with pyrolysis zones. It was found that the thermal efficiency as 24.3% and 24% respectively. The result shown to the using only in gasification zone get more efficiency because of lower heat loss. And when compare type of biomass as rice husk, corncob and coal for the main fuel in the thermal efficiency as 24, 21 and 13% respectively. That shown to using rice husk for fuel have more thermal efficiency then those anther bio-mass. Comparison between a single type of fuel and mixing furl, that could show to the thermal efficiency of mixing fuel more than the single type of fuel. The maximum thermal efficiency of mixing fuel from rice husk and coal as 41%.
