Cost and Returns on Feeding the Covenant Pig : A Case Study of the Covenant Pig Farm Ngao District Lampang Province.

This research purposes a study of costs and returns on feeding the covenant pig; A case study of covenant pig farm Ngao District Lampang province. The study costs and rewards of raising pigs in covenant case of 3 farms are Nantaporn farm, Wanna farm and Nattapong farm. The results showed that costs of the initial investment are 4,601,920 baht, 5,454,400 baht and 5,195,880 baht, respectively. For the cost of raising pigs, a covenant with the cost of rising to 73,600 baht 61,100 baht and 62,100 baht, respectively. In terms of revenues from the sale of pigs and covenants, it was 309,823.44 baht 295,244.35 baht and 264,869.74 baht, respectively. In term of rewards, the result showed that Nantaporn farm has a payback period of 5 years and 5 months with 16 days and a net present value equal to 2,578,570.64 baht. Indeed equal to 22.80, Wanna farm has a payback period of 6 years and 1 month with 16 days. The net present value is 2,079,152.30 baht, and the true percentage of yields is 21.10 for Nattapong farm with a return period. For Nantaporn farm, it has a capital ratio of 6 years 7 months and 14 days net present value and internal rate of return equal to 1,508,315.46 baht actual percentage of 17.20.
