The objective of this research was construction cartoon animation for teaching times and problems in mathematics for grade 3 student, WISE school, Chomthong district, Chiangmai province. The target group for this research was 30 students of grade 3 from WISE school, Chomthong district, Chiangmai province. The tools for this research were 1) The cartoon animation for teaching time and problems of mathematics for grade 3 students from WISE school, Chomthong district, Chiangmai province, 2) The satisfaction and attitudes evaluation of cartoon animation for target group, 3) The performance evaluation of cartoon animation for teacher’s target group and 4) The exercise about time and problems of mathematics for grade 3 students. These forms of evaluation and exercise would be useful to analyze the data by mean and percentage. The research result revealed that 1) The result of satisfaction and attitudes evaluation of cartoon animation was high level, average is 4.26 2) The result of content’s performance evaluation was highest level, the result of video and audio’s performance evaluation was high level and the result of media’s performance evaluation was high level average is 4.83 3) Cartoon animation can helped to increase the learning progress by 50.67 percent.
