A Study of Customers’ Satisfaction Regarding the Usage of BeautyClinics in Nan Municipality, Nan Province.

The purpose of this research was to study the customers’ behavior of using beauty clinics in Nan district. This research surveyed beauty clinic service customers in Nan municipality. The instrument used in this study was 222 questionnaires. Statistics used to analyze the data were means and percentage. The result of this study found that most of customers were 189 females who were 26-32 years old. There were 166 singles and 60 employees. The average of 31.00 represented the customers who used MMC clinic and 88.67 were the beauty clinic customers who visited for acne and blemish treatment. 78.33 were the average of customers’ reasons which was from acne, blemish and freckle problems. A key factor in product selection in clinical safety standards was 4.57 at excellent level and 3.98 at good level. The important factor to choose in price was 4.12 at good level while the promotion and marketing and the selection of the service personnel was 4.11 at excellent level and 4.16 at excellent level respectively. A key factor to choose the service process and the physical product was 4.26 at excellent level and 4.16 at excellent level respectively. Beauty clinics in Nan municipality were considered as an alternative to strengthen the beautiful personality, confidence in everyday life and interact with people in society which is popular nowadays. Beauty clinic entrepreneurs should have the techniques and knowledge about how they can attract customers to use their service by utilizing social media advertising such as facebook and line application.
