Development of Management System on Pisud Service Garage for Car Paint & Car Bodywork Repair Service, Sarapee District, Chiangmai Province

The purposes of this research were to develop the management system of garage to be effective, and to study the management process of Pisud Service Garage. The sample group was 50 persons consisting of 1 owner, 10 employees, and 39 general people. The instruments used in this research included the satisfaction measurement form towards the development of management system on Pisud Service Garage, to bring the assessment results for analyzing and finding the average of ratio and percentage. For the research methodology, the data was collected from the owner of Pisud Service Garage for Car Paint & Car Bodywork Repair Services. The instrument used was the satisfaction measurement form both open-ended and close-ended questions. The data was analyzed by using the percentage and frequency of Microsoft.SQL Server 2008 Program for managing the system data and ASP.NET Language for developing the website and system. According to the research results, it was found that the work system which developed the management of Pisud Service Garage that could help and meet the requirement the most included the system could manage the data of employees, customers data, cars data, spares data, and related data. Moreover, the system could issue the reports. The responders had satisfaction on the competence of efficiency on system use at the highest level with the average of 77.5%, the competence on design at the highest level with the average of 75.5%, the convenience on the program at the highest level with the average of 76.6%, and the safety on system at the highest level with the average of 76.7%. The development of management system on Pisud Service Garage for Car Paintค & Car Bodywork Repair Service, Sarapee District, Chiangmai Province could be applied to the targets group effectively.
