A Comparison of Work Motivation Characteristics Among government official with employee in Amphoe. Muang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Province and study of relationship between Work Motivation Characteristics with working life span in organization . A Survey Research design was used . The population were government official and employee in Amphoe. Muang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Province. The sample was 200 government official who worked in government office . The sample was 200 employees who worked at private Company . The convenience sampling techniques used . The research too was a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed using a Statistical Package for the Social Science for Windows program, frequency distribution ,percentage, average, standard deviation and One Way ANOVA Research results revealed that the most respondents all of government official and employees were single female , 25-35 years old, with Bachelor’s degree, operating level, Responsibility is appropriate, good relationship, Difficulties in working with little bit, Have been paid compensation by regulations prescribed. But working life span of the most respondents government official were Less than 5 years, working life span of the most respondents employees were 5-10 years. The opinions for Motivation affecting work , motivation were ranked high level for the 2 kind of Motivation, Achievement Motive andAffiliation Motive. Power Motive was ranked medium level. Test results hypothesis at significance level 0.05 ,The statistics used for one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA). Government official and employee in Private Company Found that the duration of the different organizations that are motivated to affect performance differently.
